Also along the same lines is the hard hitting no bull shit book Skinny Bitch. Don't be put off by the title. Its a very interesting easy to understand book about what we eat and what it does. Also has some very graffic explanations of how they slaughter animals.

Food

Ok so as people who know me will tell you I have a pretty shit body. For those who don't I'll inform you. I'm lactose intolerant, I cant digest red meat properly, I cant eat to much fructose and I have the shittest ovaries ever made.

So pretty much from my tits down I don't work. I went for 11 years undiagnosed so I'm used to feeling sick all the time. Well this Saturday night I got that sick I thought I was going to die. My whole body shat its self not just tits down the whole thing.

So this morning being Sunday woke up and thought fuck it...... I'm going to fix myself.

I went food shopping today and bought everything I was allowed to eat, I'm cutting down on alcohol and regularly doing gym sessions. I even ordered a DVD Food Matters, which I will tell you about in a minute.

So i'm sorry to everyone in advance if I become a little boring over the next month or so but if I don't get my act together I may have a catheter and someone elses stomach in me before long.

I will document how i'm going let you know if i've been a good girl or have resumed my path of self destruction.

So I say good bye to my days of abuse and hello to healthiness.

Unless you want to see Jennifer Hawkins Miss Universe dress and Elton John's ex wifes wedding dress, (yes he was married before he came out of the closet) I would give this one a miss. One small room scattered with a few dresses, not alot of information and simply displayed.

The most notorious graffiti artist of late has been Banksy. His identity has remaind a mystery for quiet some years now. The Sunday Mail claim to have outed him, people claim to know him but really know one knows. Over 500 of his works can be found over Englands streets and Underground with prints worth up to $450,000 gracing the walls of celebrities such as Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. Combining humour and political topics Banksy creates thought provoking art for the average person on there way to work. Though dont think Banksy came up with the idea even he credits most of his works to another artist... Blek le Rat. A parisian considered the Godfather of stencil art was born in 1952, and after studing Art and Architecturehe took to the streets in the 80's.

"every time I think I've painted something slightly original, I find out that Blek Le Rat has done it as well, only twenty years earlier".

Fafi, another parisian artist spread her sexy, whitty, fafinette's across the streets of Paris causing such interest that she began spreading her work to Tokyo, Europe and the USA. The Fafinette's have been transformed into a brand collaborating with Adidas, Coke and M.A.C and also featured in mayjor magazines such as Vogue, Elle and Yen.

So next time your on the train at 7:30 in the morning instead of getting out your news paper take a look out the window...... you never know what you might see.

I am 2 months off my 21st birthday and would like to start a music collection to commemorate my years on planet earth. I say no to ipods and itunes, itrips and what ever else they have now days and I'm continuing how I started... With a good old CD collection. Seeing as though the last time I bought a CD 5ive were the biggest boyband in the UK, you could say I have been neglecting the artists I have been following. Now when I say CD's I mean I am going to the actual shops and paying money for them to support the music industry and give the artists enough money to buy the private jet they have always dreamed about... plus I have no idea how to burn albums.
